  1. Honey Oolong

Tea Description

Honey Oolong is rich in natural honey aroma and ripe fruit fragrance. The tea infusion is amber-colored, smooth on the palate, with a lingering sweetness and a unique natural sweetness.

Processing & Characteristics

  • Fermentation: Light fermentation, utilizing the tea green leafhopper technique to enhance the natural honey scent.
  • Withering: Medium withering, making the tea smoother and more delicate.
  • Roasting: Light roasting, preserving the tea’s sweet and complex flavor.
  1. Black Oolong

Tea Description

Black Oolong undergoes heavy roasting, giving it a deep, roasted aroma with hints of cocoa and wood. It has a rich, full-bodied taste, and the tea liquor is dark with a lingering sweetness.

Processing & Characteristics

  • Fermentation: Medium fermentation, balancing intensity and smoothness.
  • Withering: Medium withering, allowing the tea’s components to fully develop.
  • Roasting: Heavy roasting, bringing out deep cocoa and charcoal-roasted aromas.
  1. White Oolong

Tea Description

White Oolong combines the qualities of white tea and oolong tea, featuring aromas of toasted rice, ripe fruit, and citrus, with a mellow, aged tea finish. The liquor is a bright amber color.

Also known as Jia Ye Long Tea, Platinum Dragon contains GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), promoting relaxation and mental clarity. It features fruity aromas and a mild acidity, reminiscent of both fully fermented black tea and white tea.

  1. Red Oolong

Tea Description
